Abigail Zagnoli, MSW, SWLC, is a Social Work Licensing Candidate at Big Sky Psychological Consortium (BSPC). She provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults through a cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approach. Her approach is tailored to supporting clients in developing insight into patterns of thought, emotion, behavior, and relationships, while strengthening emotional regulation, self-understanding, individual strengths, acceptance, and coping skills to foster meaningful, lasting change. Abigail emphasizes building a collaborative, transparent, and authentic therapeutic relationship unique to her client’s needs and goals where they can feel both supported and challenged.
Abigail earned her Master of Social Work degree from Capella University and is a Social Work Licensing Candidate in the state of Montana. She is committed to ongoing professional development and providing ethically grounded care.

Dr. Michele McKinnie is a licensed psychologist and co-founder of Big Sky Psychological Consortium. She has provided psychological services in Bozeman since 2002 and works with clients from adolescence through every stage of adulthood.
Dr. McKinnie offers depth-oriented psychotherapy informed by relational psychodynamic, interpersonal and attachment-based theories. Her clinical experience includes depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, identity concerns, interpersonal difficulties, emotional coping and personality disorders.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. McKinnie directs the Consortium’s postdoctoral training program and provides collaborative clinical supervision to developing psychologists.
