Post Doctoral Resident
MT# 6171
Kelsey Stappert, Psy.D. is a post-doctoral training resident at Big Sky Psychological Consortium (BSPC), specializing in comprehensive psychological evaluations and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and the families who support them. She is deeply committed to understanding each individual as a whole person — honoring the unique constellation of strengths, experiences, and challenges that shape who they are, and bringing genuine sensitivity to the cultural, educational, and developmental contexts that matter most in their lives.
Kelsey earned her doctorate at the University of Colorado Denver, where she specialized in psychological assessment and intervention for culturally and linguistically diverse populations. She was then selected as a Colorado LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) Fellow at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus and JFK Partners, receiving advanced interdisciplinary training in gold-standard autism and neurodevelopmental diagnostics. Prior to joining BSPC, Kelsey served for more than ten years as a school psychologist across the Denver metro area and Bozeman Public Schools, developing a deep understanding of how to help children and families navigate both the educational system and their own unique paths forward. Now home in Bozeman, Kelsey is honored to bring that depth of training and experience to the families of Montana.
Kelsey is a network provider for BCBS, Pacific Source, and Allegiance. Kelsey may bill out of network insurance companies at your request. You can reach her directly at (406) 586-3301.
